Pizza on pita bread

It was one of those afternoons when I asked Pinch to cook lunch and he agreed (like he does all the time!). We had some wheat pitas leftover and he made a base of Marinara and topped it with slices of zucchini, green bell pepper and veggie cheese. Was delicious... and so light!
